5 Ways To Wear A Bodysuit This Winter
The lace bodysuit from Daya by Zendaya was at the top of my Christmas list this season, and lucky for me, Santa delivered. I was able to unwrap this sexy little number, and I immediately started thinking of a way I could wear it, even though it was below 30 degrees outside.
I decided to pair this lacy piece with a turtleneck, and it was the perfect solution. So, if you’re wondering how you can still wear your fav one-pieces even though it’s cold out, I’ve got a few ideas for you:
1. With A Turtleneck
Lace Bodysuit, $20, Daya by Zendaya
Monki Ribbed Velvet High Neck Top, $23, ASOS
You can pair different bodysuits with a turtleneck, like I did. Layer it with a velvet version, like the one featured above, to take your look to the next level.
2. With A Cozy Cardigan
Ecote Acid Wash Cable Cardigan, $69, Urban Outfitters
Of course, there’s always the option of layering it with a cozy cardigan for extra warmth.
3. Wear A Warm Bodysuit
Song Scoop Bodysuit, $45, Madewell
There are also ways to find a tight-fitting bodysuit that’s also warm. This fuzzy piece from Madewell should do just the trick.
4. Underneath A Sheer Sweater
Clean Sweep Maxi Cardigan, $88, Nasty Gal
Instead of wearing the bodysuit on top of a warmer garment, you can choose to wear it underneath a see-through sweater. Layering’s the way to go during the winter, after all.
5. Underneath A Blazer
Contemporary Oversized Blazer, $23.03, Forever 21
Go for an ultra chic look when you stack a bodysuit with a blazer. You can never go wrong with a little blazer action.
May your bodysuit-wearing days live on all cold weather season long!
