Our #OOTDs
Our first #OOTD post, so exciting! Augusta and I had just gotten a fresh haircut, so needless to say we were feelin’ our looks!
Darby's look: I’m wearing a mustard top that is vintage that I stole from my mom’s closet. My shorts are lace high-waisted and have embroidered flowers on the sides of them from Apricot Lane. My absolute favorite part of my outfit is my lace up gladiator pink sandals from Go Jane. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES OF MY LIFE! Gladiator sandals are this summer’s “it” shoe, and they should definitely be on your feet too. They have the coolest cutouts and they are very affordable. Augusta and I are wearing matching olive green sunglasses from Nasty Gal. This outfit is great for a summer’s day!
Augusta's look: Darby’s right—this was a good day as far as our outfits were concerned! My dress is from Lyon + Post (which is an online site that lets you try on clothes for free before you purchase, so you should really try it out). This t-shirt dress with side slits is perfect for a laid-back afternoon, like we were having, or it could also be paired with heels just to snazz it up a bit. I simply wore mine with a pair of sandals that I’ve had for ages (comfort was the goal, after all!). Then, since olive green is so on-trend right now, I incorporated the color into my look with my sunglasses. They were only $10, so as Darby mentioned, we had to buy two pairs!
Replicate either of our looks to get a laid-back running-errands-on-the-weekend kind of vibe.
