Aperol Spritz Recipes For Your Hot Girl Summer

There isn't anything quite as refreshing as an aperol spritz in the summertime, especially in the NYC heat Augusta and I are experiencing. An aperol spritz is an Italian cocktail that typically consists of prosecco, aperol, and soda water. Every "summer Friday," as we like to call it, we like to try some place new to get fancy cocktails! Most recently on our Summer Friday adventure we did get an aperol spritz to celebrate the weekend ahead.

We thought it would be a nice change up to create our own aperol spritz at home. Not only is it fun to shop for all the ingredients. It also does save money! It's about to be the hottest month of the year, so we definitely want to be prepared with our prosecco and fun garnishes to make the perfect aperol spritz.
